Wonder is an AI-native design tool that helps you create beautiful, on-brand product designs on a canvas. We’re a small, talent-dense team building an incredible product with 10k+ people already on the waitlist who ask us to launch daily.
The Role
We're looking for a Growth Lead to help Wonder grow early.
You'll own how Wonder shows up online across social platforms and help turn attention into real momentum. This can start as contract-to-hire, or go straight to full-time for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow Wonder's presence across social platforms (X, Reddit, short-form video, events, etc.).
- Write, post, experiment, and learn what actually works and drives conversions.
- Help shape launches, narratives, and how we talk about the product publicly.
- Run growth experiments across content, community, creators, and partnerships.
- Work closely with product and design so growth and product feel connected, not bolted on.
- Track results, double down on what works, and move fast when something doesn's.
What We Need
- Strong social instincts and an active presence online - you understand how distribution works and how to grow attention across platforms.
- Experience with X is important, but you're not limited to one channel.
- Good taste - you know what reads well and could perform well.
- 1–4 years working on growth, content, community, or distribution. Startups, creator work, or serious side projects all count.
- High agency. You don't wait to be told what to do.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Ability to be in SF and work in person.
Nice to have
- Early-stage startup experience.
- Light technical or tooling skills (analytics, automation, Zapier, etc.).
- Interest in design tools or creative software.
